Orange County Superior Court
The website for Orange County Superior Court contains online court forms, court contact information, and online case information for all cases heard in Orange County. The OC Court website is located at www.occourts.org.
There are five court locations in Orange County:
The Central Justice Center, in Santa Ana, is Orange County’s largest courthouse.

This location handles criminal, civil, traffic, minor offenses, and small claims matters. Criminal defense and DUI matters are heard here if they took place in Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin, or Villa Park. All felony matters pending trial are heard here.
The Harbor Justice Center, in Newport Beach, handles more DUI cases than any other court location in California.

This location does only Criminal Law and DUI matters, and traffic matters, for cases that occurred in Aliso Viejo, Balboa Island, Capistrano Beach, Coto de Caza, Corona Del Mar, Dana Point, Irvine, John Wayne Airport, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Lido Isle, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana Heights, and Trabuco Canyon. As of 2014, Costa Mesa DUI and Criminal cases have been moved from this courthouse to the West Justice Center.

This location only handles DUI and Criminal Defense, and Traffic offenses, for cases in Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Stanton, and Westminster.
The North Justice Center is located in Fullerton.

This courthouse handles DUI, criminal defense, traffic, and other minor offenses, such as code violations, and limited civil and small claims cases. Serving Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, La Habra, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Placentia, Stanton, and Yorba Linda. Note that cases that are misdemeanors or below are handled in this court by the Anaheim City Attorney, while the Orange County District Attorney handles all other cases.
The Lamoreaux Justice Center, in The City of Orange
The Lamoreaux Justice Center, in The City of Orange, handles primarily Juvenile and Family Law, as well as Probate and Domestic Violence, Elder Conservator, and Dependency cases, for all of Orange County.

The Orange County Superior Court Community Court
The Orange County Superior Court Community Court is located at 909 N. Main St. Santa Ana, CA 92701 (657) 622-5801, and offers courtrooms that handle cases for offenders who are US Military Veterans, mentally ill, addicted, or homeless. This location handles cases from all over Orange County.
The Orange County Superior Court also has a Self Help center, in South County, an arraignment Jail (CJ1) inside the Jail in Santa Ana, at 550 N Flower St., Santa Ana, CA 92703, (657) 622-5801, as well as a Complex Civil Courthouse, for Complex Civil Cases only, as assigned, at 751 West Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana, CA 92701,(657) 622-5300, and a Traffic and Small Claims Court, in Laguna Hills.
